Received this Thai DVD along with HK second press version last night.My stupid laptop couldn't open this Region 0/Region ALL/Region Free DVD, so I'm not able to screencap the disc content at the moment. I will update this post in the future.
Basically this is a first press edition with special cardboard slipcase.
I'm happy that the slipcase images are different with the standard DVD sleeve.
