Spent half day at Perth Royal Show @ Showgrounds with work colleagues before going to the staff party last night. Overall the event /mini amusement park is quite interesting and happening, it's just that you'll need to pay for each ride even though you have purchased the day pass, for example, the minimum price for a ride is 9 dollar, which I think it's quite expensive. Other than that, I pretty much enjoyed the trip. I only played few rides such as rollercoaster (nice but short), spinning-rocket thingy (gosh, I nearly fainted due to spinning too long), and the 3D Ghost House (not scary at all, and the 3D effects are useless!). I didn't play any games but bought some candy showbags instead. I recommend everyone to visit Perth Royal Show if there's any chance, and maybe once is enough as I heard it's almost the same every year. :)
I was working at The Wiggles' Big Red Cafe at Mandurah [10-11 Oct 2011] and Perth Langley Park [I only worked on 6 & 7 Oct 2011 as I went to Collie for JCW'11 on Friday afternoon]. Perth was the first stop of The Wiggles' Big Birthday tour.
The stage is cooler than what I expected, as this is probably not what people would expect when seeing the white-and-normal tents outside.
