Behind the set: CREATIF (Ep. 1 & 2)

CREATIF team [FTV324] and hosts.
After a messy rehearsal one week earlier, today's shooting went pretty well! Overall it's an amazing and full-of-fun day (really enjoy working in the studio)!
I'm the cameraperson for episode 1 and 2 (Luckily my PR class was cancelled, so I'm free to help out for ep.2 - which featuring our video: U20 Digital Radio). This position is really challenging since I need to change the camera shot/scenes for the panel discussion [mainly hosts and guests] all the time, but I love this job... :D

Two more episodes to go next Tuesday. GOOD LUCK! :D

Behind The Scene: Eighteen

Ok, I was invited by Effy two days ago to be one of the casts/extras for their drama production. It's a 7 minutes short film. I never expected to be part of the drama production, and since I'm free yesterday so I helped them out... eventually played one of the Goths [wondering how I looked like? see below].

Title: Eighteen
Type: Drama Production
Venue: Girls Guide Hall
Date: 23rd October 2010
Time:
5.30pm to 11pm

Director Sarah giving instructions to the casts.
The white face lady is the Goths' leader... lol :D
Close look on the amazing set!
It's time to show my breakthrough... (don't be shocked for my photo below) GOTHIC LOOK with.. erm, scary... makeup!!!
Tried so hard to do a proper angry/emo look... lol.
Many of you know that I always smile~ Haha :D
Anyway, overall it was a fun and nice filming day. Breakthrough character (I always love to try out new character), met many people with different background (different universities, workplace etc), new experiences, and made several new mates! Yay ^_^v

Impromptu performer

Me & Street performer Mickey.

Here's the story:
I went to shopping with my sis and her mate, and then we stopped by and watched a street performer performing some nice dancing trick in the middle of Hay St. We were about to leave halfway, and then I decided to continue staying to watch the whole 'show'. When I was standing at the side of the crowd, he suddenly came to me and put his hand on my shoulder. After that, he made a hand-shaking movement, and he eventually pulled me out from the crowd. I was kinda nervous and surprised, but the crowd cheered me up and I felt so great.

So in conclusion: I was an impromptu street performer. Performed in front of the crowd, at Hay St., for like 5 minutes.

Once in a lifetime experience

Wallet and Camera, gone.
Good thing, I'm still alive.

These few days just like a movie.
Rare and Scary.
But it's a worth experience.

I am fine so far.
Done all the necessary procedures.
Good recovering process.
I believe I can overcome this soon.

Thanks to my family, all my friends and staffs who supported and helped me from that incident.
I won't be able to recover so soon without you all.
Now I'm back to normal me again.

Hopefully this won't gonna happen again, either to me or others, in the future.
Life goes on... with unexpected experiences.
That's what made my life richer and worth.

Peace!
